Yes, we update these Terms when regulations or platform operations change. A notice appears on your account dashboard at least seven days before changes take effect, giving you time to read the updated version before it applies to your account.

If local law in your region prohibits access, your account will be suspended and your available balance held securely. You may raise a withdrawal request through our support team, which will be processed subject to identity verification and applicable rules.

No. These Terms permit only one account per individual. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, all accounts will be suspended pending a review. Only the original verified account may be reinstated after the process is complete.
